Had a great new year's stay in this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was central, perfect for exploring the city's attractions.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when we needed assistance with our room's heating system. Our request was ignored, and we had to spend the night in a cold room.

Great location, just a stone's throw away from the embassies. the hotel lobby looks stunning. the gym was a useful amenity, which I used a few times. I also found their restaurant to be excellent, serving some of the best meals I've had in recent times.
The room was comfortable, but it could do with an upgrade. I wish they had more staff on duty during peak hours as the wait time for food was longer than expected.
